Enjoyable overall experience. Fantastic and wonderful place with well-mannered staff and BEAUTIFUL location in the centre of the old town of Kitzbuehel. Location near to the spectacular Krimml waterfalls, the pedestrian walkway, and the bus stop.

I chose this hotel for attending a congress and I was not disappointed. The staff at the hotel were highly professional and provided excellent customer service. The facilities were well-maintained and the rooms were comfortable. The location was also convenient, with easy access to the congress venue.
The only drawback was the lack of a business center. As a businessman, I needed access to a printer and other office facilities.
